Well here is the completed Pacfic 12×12 Gazebo. I beefed up the roof system for the snow loads here showing the bracket ties to the rafters and also counter sunk the hinges in the door for better fit. I added a couple of more hinges and latches. All in all the wife likes the finished product. If you have problems with the pics let me know and I will resend them.

Open two package crates
Remove parts
Pe-stain the ceiling sheets
Pre-stain the fascia & trims
Start from a corner
Install wall panels from both sides of the corner wall
Install more wall panels
Ready to add door section
Wall shell assembled
Install the wall top plates
Dome box upside down
Dome box ready to lift up
Raise the structure to wall top
Add jack rafters & extra metal brackets
Install 8 big roof panels
Install roof corner panels
Cover the corner with roof paper
Install Corner metal sheets
Cover the center seams with roof paper
Install roof center cap/cover and ridge caps
Install soffits
Install inside ceiling sheets
Install ceiling trims
Ceiling finished
Install doors
Gazebo assembled

The building went together easily and we are enjoying it as a hot tub enclosure/ greenhouse/ bird watching blind. I put it together by myself
